Tom Brady may have walked away from the car crash he got in ahead of yesterday's season opener, but "things have taken a turn for the worse over the weekend" for a passenger injured in the other car, according to his lawyer. Father-of-five Rogerio Rodrigues, 49, was on his back in the van Brady hit—one of his children, 21-year-old Ludgero, was deemed to be at fault in the crash, the Boston Globe reports.

"Right now the investigation is still in its embryonic stage, so the culpability of Mr. Rodrigues and Mr. Brady is still undetermined," said the lawyer. For his part, Brady says, "I've been driving through green lights looking both ways now. That's different. You count your blessings." If you can't get enough Tom Brady, click here.
