Project Runway's sweet, motherly Tim Gunn sure can get nasty. Remember Lindsay Lohan's foray into "fashion design" for Emanuel Ungaro? "It's got to be a publicity stunt—or a crack-smoking board of directors," Gunn told a reporter at the time, he reveals in his new tell-all tome, Gunn's Golden Rules. And the book's gossipy revelations don't end there, reports ABC News. He calls Suri Cruise's high heels "preposterous—we don't want alluring little girls. There's something sick about it." Really, "Mary Janes at the very most," if she absolutely must dress up, he notes.
He spills on the time he famously saw Anna Wintour "being carried down the stairs. The bodyguards had made a fireman's lock and were racking her from landing to landing. She was sitting on their crossed arms." Gunn also reveals that Martha Stewart's daughter, Alexis, is so consumed with hatred toward her famous mom that she couldn't stop cursing her out under her breath during an appearance with Gunn—"almost as if she had Tourette's syndrome," he guffaws. So naughty, Tim. Maybe it's time you go to your workroom and pack up your snark.
